"Mr. Struss took into great detail what I was looking for in a home and the area that I wanted to be in. I needed to move out of my old house immediately because of some unforeseen circumstances and get into a new one right away. He knew my urgency in finding a house...not just any house...but a house that would fit what I want in every way. He was constantly communicating with me via email, text messages, and phone calls to ensure he we were on the same page with what I wanted in a new home. He was never pushy like a typical salesperson. He was always very understanding, and extremely patient with me and with what was on the market. He didn't ever "push" me into looking for a house that would clearly be out of my budget and/or completely not like what I had wanted like so many realtors can quickly tend to do to complete a sale. He and I only went out for one afternoon before we found that "it" house that I wanted because he was so attentive to detail when I was describing what I wanted and my price range. It was amazing how fast he worked to get me into my new house from making an offer on the house to working with the home inspector to signing our final paperwork with the title company! I had never experienced such a thorough and quick house sale that was truly, relatively stress free. Mr. Struss was absolutely amazing in his efficiency and communication. If I decide to move out of my home in the next 20 years or so, Mr. Struss will absolutely be the first person I call."
