Fred Struss is a native Phoenician and veteran real estate professional. During his successful, nearly 30 year full-time real estate career, Mr. Struss has focused his efforts primarily in the Phoenix area; the valley of the sun, He has represented well over 2,300 buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions. In addition, Fred has managed teams of sales associates as well as acted as Designated Broker for Del Webb. As Director of Sales for Pulte Homes, Fred played an instrumental role in the wildly successful and award-winning Anthem community, the Fireside at Norterra community, and the Fireside at Desert Ridge community.

Emily is also a native Phoenician and has been helping buyers and sellers in the valley since 2016. With a real estate appraiser as a mother and a real eatate Broker as a father, Emily has basically grown up in the business. She began flipping homes as a teenager with her family and this sparked a love for real estate and home renovations. Emily has her Master's Degree in Education and enjoys helping families find their dream homes. Emily resides in Glendale with her husband, Steven Harrison who is a Physician Assistant and their 4 children, Hannah, Helen, Hank and Hattie. She enjoys urban farming, camping, and DIY projects. Emily has a heart for adoption and those with special needs.
